Telephone calls to speak to a doctor would be helpful and also making future appointments easier as they also seem to be two weeks or more to see a specific doctor. The surgery being open for longer can see doctors more in the evenings to help shift workers and 9-5 people.

To be seen on the day you have to be dying or wait up to two weeks for an appointment to see a Dr. This is not helpful. I saw Dr Psaed today and he was more attentive than he has been in the past. :-)

Got appointment quite easily, although my issue wasn't an emergency. Parking is great. Waiting room spacious.
